| Reina is the perfect example that even beautiful papered dogs end up at the shelter. Although we don't have her papers, we know that Reina is ADBA registered and from the "Colby" bloodline. Her mother was a conformation champion, and her father was trained as a service dog for disabled people. Reina has obviously inherited great genetics. Reina and her 6 puppies only had one day left at the shelter when we got the call about them. We were so impressed with her disposition and personality, that we decided to rescue the whole little gang even though we are so limited with space. Reina has since spent her time giving us kisses after kisses to show her gratitude. Reina was a super good mama-dog and had the patience of an angel with her puppies. She had no problem with anyone handling them. |

| All the pups have been placed and Reina is now waiting for her forever home in foster care. She currently shares her home with a young and friendly male an two kids. She does great with everyone, though she needs to be supervised when she plays with another dog as she likes to roughhouse. She is a strong dog, but she is responsive and eager to please. She wants nothing more than cuddling on the couch next to them, showering them with kisses. You can't miss the look of happiness in her eyes when she's with kids. She is very people-oriented and affectionate with adults too - A real people-dog. She looks much better now and is very healthy. She is definitely a perfect representative of the breed, inside out. She is one of our "PR" dogs at adoption events as she loves to greet people with a wiggle-butt and lots of happy kisses. This great dog really is a lot of fun.
